本功能是企业用来发布公告信息或及时通知学员的功能模块。管理员可以将在线培训/线下培训的每一个活动单独通知给学员，也可以将某些企业资讯传达给学员。

选项	说明
1、搜索	根据公告名称关键字搜索记录。
2、公告管理列表	所有公告的记录列表。
3、操作	编辑：编辑当前公告。
	删除：删除当前公告。
	预览：查看公告内容。
4、添加公告	添加一个新的公告。
