选项	说明
1、搜索	根据需求调查名称关键字搜索记录。
2、跟帖	查看该帖子被回复、被点赞的记录。
3、操作	查看：查看该条论坛的内容。
	删帖：管理员强制删除当前帖子。
	置顶：管理员有权置顶帖子，被置顶的帖子显示在学员端最顶部。
